Delivery is made in all places on the territory of the Republic of Serbia where delivery is possible by the courier service Postexpress.
During each purchase, the seller is obliged to deliver the ordered goods within 10 (ten) working days (weekend days are not counted), from the moment you receive a confirmation that the purchase was successfully completed to your e-mail address, which you entered during registration. .
The shipment is collected every working day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the delivery is made the next day until 7 p.m., except in the case when, at the Customer's request, the delivery is made by 12 p.m. or every other day. In case you are not at the address when the courier arrives, you will be left with a report with which you can pick up your parcel at the nearest post office.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods within the specified period from the moment of ordering. If the delivery is not possible due to the fault of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to charge the costs incurred during the original delivery to the Buyer when resending. In that case, the Courier Service will deliver a confirmation with all the necessary data showing the place and time when the delivery was attempted.
The seller is obliged to ensure that the goods are secured and delivered in the original packaging and in good condition when they are sent. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the goods when taking them over and to confirm with his signature that he has received the goods in good condition, because subsequent complaints regarding the quantity or the damage itself will not be accepted. appreciate. Also, if he notices any defects or damage to the packaging, he is not obliged to pick it up. In that case, he needs to inform us via email or contact phone number 064/2978-303 about the reasons why the goods were not picked up, so that we have records and solved the problem in the shortest possible way.
