Terms of payment and return of goods

When shopping on our website, you can pay in two ways:

  • Payment by cash on delivery (to the courier upon delivery) or
  • Payment by wire transfer (on account)


Cash on delivery payment is made so that, during the delivery of the goods, the Customer pays in cash directly to the delivery person of the courier service, i.e. courier.


Payment by check or money order

You can make the payment at any post office or bank in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Paying by wire means that you can make the payment by transferring funds from your account if you are a legal entity or a user of electronic banking. If it is a legal entity, you need to contact us before making the payment in order to send you a proforma invoice, as a means of payment.


To pay by general payment, it is necessary to fill in the following information:

  • Purpose of payment: Payment for goods
  • Payer: Your details
  • Payment code: 289
  • Currency: RSD
  • Amount: The total amount of your order
  • Recipient's account: 325950050046712292 OTP banka Srbija AD Belgrade
  • Reference number: The number you received that the purchase was successfully completed (order number).


Return of purchased goods

You can return purchased products within 14 days of delivery confirmation. If more than fourteen days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on goods ordered with custom designs (eg personalized orders).

Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately items purchased with a special offer cannot be returned.

In order to issue a refund we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are situations when only partial returns are approved (if the basic conditions are met) and that is in the case that more than 10 days have passed since the delivery confirmation or that the unused product is missing parts that are not due to our error.

After we receive and inspect the package you returned to us, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If the refund is approved, the money will be paid to the current account number that you provide to us beforehand.
