When taking over the goods by the courier service, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the purchased product and if he finds that the goods are damaged and not in functional condition, the Buyer has the right to complain. In that case, it is necessary to report the complaint via e-mail twonkidsfurniturendecor@gmail.com or via the telephone for complaints 064/2978-303.

At the latest within 8 days of receiving the complaint, the Customer will be informed about the further procedure. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 14 days from the moment of receiving it.

The seller undertakes to repair the item for which a complaint has been filed as soon as possible without paying a fee or to replace it.

If the service as well as the replacement of the item is not possible, the Buyer can request a price reduction, as well as the termination of the sales contract, where the Buyer will be refunded the entire amount paid.

The buyer is obliged to submit the invoice for the purchased product with the complaint.
