INFORMACIJE O PROIZVODU
Naši natpisi su prilagođenog dizajna i ručno su rađeni tako da postoje varijacije u izgledu.
Osnovni (donji) sloj natpisa radi se u bojama po izboru. Imajte na umu da nisu sve boje dostupne u svim veličinama natpisa.
Srednji sloj radi se u zlatnom ogledalu ili belom kliritu i njegova boja zavisi od boje slova koju odaberete.
Slova se rade u zlatnom ogledalu ili belom kliritu i odabirom boje automatski će se definisati suprotna boja srednjeg sloja.
Odabirom dizajna definišete kakve dekorativne elemente želite: cvetiće, zvezdice, oblake, srca, školjke ili mašnice.
Natpisi se primarnio rade na latinici, ukoliko želite da budu na ćirilici to obavezno napišite u napomeni.

Održavanje: prebrisati suvom krpom. Nikako ne koristiti sredstva za čišćenje sa alkoholom jer mogu oštetiti natpis i prouzrokovati pucanje ivica.

All our products are "made to order" which means that we do not have them in stock, but we produce them only for you! In this way, we reduce the unnecessary accumulation of materials and waste, and we make sure that every product that leaves the workshop is of top quality.
We send all shipments by Postexpress. After the package has been collected, it will arrive at your address within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification about the delivery time by email.
Do you want to return the ordered product? No problem. The product must be returned in its original and undamaged condition to our address, which is on the package itself, within 14 days of confirmation of receipt. If more than fourteen days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
We do not accept returns on goods ordered with custom designs (eg personalized orders).
Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately items purchased with a special offer cannot be returned.

If you received a damaged package, you need to react immediately and send us an email the same day with photos of the damage (package contents, inner packaging and outer packaging). You do not need to send us the damaged shipment, and we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible.
