Standardna varijanta ručica izrađuje se u natur finišu drveta. Po želji kupca, ručice se mogu izraditi i u boji kao personalizovana porudžbina. Za personalizovane proizvode (bojene varijante) nije moguća zamena ni povrat.

Napomena: Ručice su namenjene prvenstveno za montažu na nameštaj. Mogu se koristiti i kao zidne kuke, uz dodatni set za montažu koji se poručuje posebno.

We send all shipments by Postexpress. After the package has been collected, it will arrive at your address within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification about the delivery time by email.
Do you want to return the ordered product? No problem. The product must be returned in its original and undamaged condition to our address, which is on the package itself, within 14 days of confirmation of receipt. If more than fourteen days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
We do not accept returns on goods ordered with custom designs (eg personalized orders).
Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately items purchased with a special offer cannot be returned.

If you received a damaged package, you need to react immediately and send us an email the same day with photos of the damage (package contents, inner packaging and outer packaging). You do not need to send us the damaged shipment, and we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible.
